About

Most companies don't have an AI problem.
They have a structure problem.

We organize the knowledge a business runs on, then build the systems that prove it.

What we do

The knowledge a business runs on is spread across tools, tickets, and the four people who remember how something is actually done. An agent handed that mess produces a demo. It does not produce work anybody trusts on a Tuesday.

So the first thing we do is write it down in a form an agent can act on: schemas for the entities the business cares about, skills for the judgment calls, context that does not need a human to relay it. Then we build on top of it, embedded in your team rather than reporting at you from outside.

How we work

The stack is open source. The runtime, the MCP bundle registry, and the trust framework that scans what gets published to it. What we build for a client is theirs at handover, with no license they have to keep paying to keep it running.

We work with companies that have real operations and no appetite for a twelve month roadmap: agencies, e-commerce, recruiting, nonprofits, event production, security teams. The engagement is the same shape every time. Senior engineers embed, a production system ships in weeks, ownership transfers.
