Matthew Gerard has spent two decades structuring and delivering more than $6.5B in finance and technology transactions. His work sits where capital and engineering meet: project finance, capital markets, and complex infrastructure development, where a deal only closes if the technical plan underneath it holds up.
At NimbleBrain he applies AI and advanced analytics to that same class of problem, and owns the structure and governance half of the partnership: how an engagement is scoped, what a client actually takes ownership of at handover, and the commercial terms that make a transfer real rather than nominal.
He holds an MIT Sloan certification in AI for Business Strategy. He joined NimbleBrain when AI stopped being a feature companies bought and started being how a business operates.
