Webinar: How to Build an AI Integration Practice

Ninety minutes inside our own practice. The stack we run, how we scope a deployment, what we charge for it, and how we run the business on the platform we sell.

Matthew Gerard, Principal and Co-Founder of NimbleBrain
Matthew Gerard Principal, AI Practice MIT Sloan certified in AI for Business Strategy.

What you leave with

  • The stack, itemised What we run, what we wrote, and the two things we refused to build.
  • A scoping script The questions that turn "we want to use AI" into a deployment you can price.
  • The pricing model How we reach a number, and what moves it.
  • Our own books What running the business on our own platform catches before a client does.
  • A straight answer Build the practice yourself, or hire someone who already has.
A NimbleBrain founder taking questions from a seated audience, a slide about running AI systems on your own infrastructure behind him.

What we open up

  • Why integration is the practice

The model layer got cheap and keeps getting cheaper. Connecting the systems a company already depends on did not.

  • The stack, named

Every piece we run, what it costs us, and where the infrastructure layer sits.

  • From conversation to scope

How a discovery call becomes a deployment you can put a price on before it ends.

  • Pricing a deployment

The model, the ranges it produces, and how to avoid underpricing the first three engagements.

  • Running our own shop on it

We put our outbound and our delivery on the platform we sell. This is what that surfaces.

  • Two ways in, then questions

Operator or buyer, what the next step looks like for each, then live questions.

An audience seated in a dark auditorium, applauding.

Built for people who have to ship it

  • Consultants and agencies
  • Engineers going forward-deployed
  • Founders who need it shipped
  • Teams stuck after a pilot

FAQ

Before you register

Is it recorded?
Yes. Register and you get the recording whether or not you make it live. Come if you can, though. The Q&A is the half that is not in the deck.
Is this a sales pitch?
We are a firm, and you will leave knowing what we do. The stack, the scoping questions and the pricing model all work without us, which is the test we built the session against.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The session covers how the work gets scoped, priced and structured. You will see the stack and what each piece does, and you will not read any code.
Are you really going to talk about pricing?
Yes. The model and the ranges it produces. Underpricing the first few engagements is how a new practice dies, so it is the most useful thing we can hand over.
What if I cannot attend live?
Register anyway. The recording goes to registrants, and registering is what puts you on that list.
Who is this not for?
Anyone after a tool demo or a prompt library. This assumes you are building or buying a deployment that has to keep running after everyone goes home.

Come and see how we actually run it.

Free. Recorded. Register even if you cannot make it live.
